Indra strengthens regional defence ties with cutting-edge technologies at IDEX 2025

A major highlight of Indra’s participation is the unveiling of Pulse, a new joint venture with the UAE-based Edge defence group. The collaboration aims to develop and market advanced radar systems for high-potential markets, demonstrating Indra’s commitment to strengthening regional defence capabilities.
As part of this partnership, Indra will showcase state-of-the-art radars, including the AESA Nemus and Nemus-C, designed to protect military vehicles from drones, missiles, and projectiles. The AESA MTR-10 radar, a sophisticated system for anti-aircraft defence, will also be presented, alongside an advanced self-protection pod for aircraft, fighters, and helicopters.
Indra will also participate in Navdex, the naval defence exhibition held alongside IDEX, where it will equip an Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) FA-400 patrol vessel with its latest systems. These include 3D radar technology, electronic defence solutions for detecting radar and communication signals, and the Crow anti-drone system, a battle-proven technology used in real combat scenarios.
Beyond these innovations, Indra will showcase a broad range of solutions at its own exhibition stand. Among them are simulators, military communications systems, border surveillance technologies, and advanced platforms for satellite constellations and space missions. The company is actively integrating emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and virtual reality into its defence systems.
Indra has established a strong presence in the Middle East, playing a critical role in major regional defence projects. It has developed Oman’s air defence system, supplied sensors and systems for Saudi Arabian corvettes, and contributed to defence projects in Kuwait and other Gulf nations.
