NATO will immediately transfer 40,000 troops to Donbas if Russia intervenes militarily
Everyone may be waiting for direct negotiations between Russia and the US to resolve the crisis between them, but NATO‘s plans to deploy forty thousand troops in Donbas are already in place.
In the event of a deterioration of the situation on the Ukrainian-Russian border, NATO intends to immediately transfer an army of 40,000 troops to Ukrainian territory.
At the moment, high alert units have been put on alert and in case of a conflict between Ukraine andRussia, an army of 40 thousand soldiers is planned to be deployed to Ukraine within 120 hours.
According to “Die Welt”, the decision to put such a large group of troops on full combat readiness was taken for the first time.
This shows that NATO is preparing for a direct conflict with Russia.
At the same time, the Ukrainians test-fired an FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missile in Donetsk.
The Ukrainian Army, as part of the firing, tested this weapon on a turret of a Russian-made tank turret on which additional protective armour for attacks from drones and anti-tank missile systems was installed.
As it turned out, the additional metal structureinstalled above the turret is extremely ineffective.
The photo shows the effects of an anti-tank missilehitting the turret.
The hit was made from a distance of 1. 5 kilometres. The missile penetrated both the protective structure and the tank‘s turret.
We recall that the US has supplied the Armed Forcesof Ukraine with 100 Javelin launchers and 500 missiles.
The Raytheon and Lockheed Martin FGM-148 Javelin missile is the main anti-tank weapon of the US Army.
The FGM-148 Javelin has a maximum weight of 22. 3kg, launcher and missile, is operated by two (2)people and achieves a maximum range of 2. 5 km, while, according to Lockheed Martin, a missile with a maximum range of 4. 75 km has been developed.
