Recep Tayyip Erdogan‘s meeting with Emir El-Sani has just ended, with Turkey and Qatar signing 12 more agreements, following the one ratified a few days ago, whereby Doha is sending Rafale aircraft to Turkey.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Qatari Emir El-Sani are holding a joint press conference this hour after the bilateral delegations.

The meeting, which was closed to the press, lasted about 2 hours.

12 agreements are signed between Turkey and Qatar:

–Cooperation agreement between Anadolu Agency and Qatar News Agency

–Memorandum of Understanding between the Presidential Investment Office and the Qatar Business Association

–Memorandum of Understanding between the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Institutions and Islamic Affairs of the State of Qatar in the field of Institutions and Islamic Affairs

–Memorandum of Understanding between the Turkish Standards Institute and Qatar General Standardization Organization in the field of standardization

–Memorandum of Understanding between KOSGEB and Qatar Development Bank

–Implementation Programme for cooperation in the fields of health and medical sciences between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the State of Qatar

–Second Implementation Programme in the field of Culture for the years 2022-2023 between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the State of Qatar

–First Implementation Programme between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the State of Qatar in the field of youth and sports for the years 2022-2023-2024

–Memorandum of Understanding on Disaster and Emergency Management between the Republic of Turkey (Ministry of Interior, Presidency of Disaster and Emergency Management) and the Ministry of Interior of Qatar (General Directorate of Civil Defence)

–Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the State of Qatar on the implementation of the Letter of Intent on cooperation for the fulfillment of important organizations

–Letter of Intent to establish institutional cooperation between the Antalya Diplomacy Forum and the Doha Forum

–Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of the Protocol

–Joint Statement of the Seventh Session of the High Strategic Committee between the Republic of Turkey and the State of Qatar.
