A video has been released showing how the Russian Army is “striking” Ukraine, as a rocket fell in Kharkiv and hit a government building in which the city‘s governor and some paramilitaries were apparently hiding.

The target of the Russian forces in Kharkiv, according to the Ukrainian side, was the local government building and the aim was to kill the governor. Initially the Ukrainians claimed that there were 11 dead and many injured, but this is not confirmed.
